The project is financed by the Just Transition Fund (FST) under the regional programme <a href=\"https:\/\/www.funduszeue.lodzkie.pl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">European Funds for \u0141\u00f3dzkie 2021\u20132027<\/a> (FELD.09.01 Economy in transition).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Two support paths &#8211; incubation and development<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Incubation path<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The target groups are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list dto-lista\">\n<li>natural persons living, studying or working in the Transformation Area of the \u0141\u00f3dzkie Voivodeship who intend to start a business,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SMEs with a registered office or branch in the Transformation Area that are at an early stage of development (up to 60 months from the date of registration).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The competitive procedure will select <strong>88 projects<\/strong>. The estimated value of the path is <strong>PLN 16,604,000.00<\/strong>. The duration of a single incubation path is <strong>12 months<\/strong>. During this time, the grant awarded should be fully settled. The operator provides support with the correct settlement of funds on the basis of grant entrustment agreements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Development path<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The target group is SMEs with a registered office or branch in the Transformation Area that have been operating for <strong>at least one year<\/strong> before joining the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The competitive procedure will select <strong>15 entities<\/strong>. The estimated value of the path is <strong>PLN 580,000.00<\/strong>. In addition to the grant, participants receive expert advisory assistance and support in carrying out purchasing procedures and settling the aid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How much is the grant really? Allocation analysis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The operator\u2019s promotional materials refer to grants of \u201cup to PLN 550,000\u201d. The amount of PLN 550,000 is the maximum value of the project budget.<\/strong> The average allocation per project in the incubation path is approx. PLN 188,700. A grant at the upper limit will therefore be available to a narrow group of the highest-rated projects, with correspondingly lower amounts for the others.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2. The amount of PLN 550,000 does not apply to the development path.<\/strong> The entire allocation of this path is PLN 580,000 for 15 entities, giving an average of approx. PLN 38,700. Entrepreneurs who have been operating for more than a year should plan a budget in the order of several tens of thousands of zlotys, supplemented by the value of advisory services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>3. Grants account for approx. 86% of the value of the entire project<\/strong> (PLN 17,184,000 out of PLN 19,980,832.14). The remainder covers operating, advisory and administrative costs on the operator\u2019s side.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"dto-teza wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Disclaimer:<\/strong> the above values come from the project documentation and are estimates.
