INITIAL DIAGNOSIS OF NEEDS
What should your next step be?
Five answers will help you choose the right type of analysis or service. The test does not check current call for proposals.
The result will appear after all answers have been provided.
TWO LEVELS OF SUPPORT
Call search and professional analysis are two different stages
The list of applications does not constitute confirmation that a specific company, institution, or organization is eligible to receive funding. Making the right choice requires knowledge of the applicant's situation, program documentation, and the project's purpose.
First: Free Tools
The Grant Map and knowledge base help you find potential funding sources and learn about their basic principles.
- Grant Map – national, regional and international programs and call dates.
- Knowledge base – program conditions, explanations and elaborations.
- AI assistant available on the website – informative assessment of the project assumptions.
Next: individual analysis
When you need an answer regarding a specific entity and investment, we compare the requirements of the relevant instruments with the project documents.
- Verification of applicant status and access conditions.
- Instrument selection and analysis of limitations.
- Assessment of planned costs, schedule and risks.
- Recommendation on whether and under what conditions it is worth starting to apply.
SCOPE OF SERVICE
What does the analysis and selection of funding involve?
The analysis is a step before preparing the application. Its level of detail depends on the number of programs under consideration, the availability of documents, and the complexity of the project.
01. Needs diagnosis
We determine the investment goal, business profile, location, planned results, and project preparation level.
02. Program selection
We compare grants, repayable instruments and possible bonuses based on the appropriate target group and type of support.
03. Verification of conditions
We analyze access criteria, cost catalog, own contribution, public aid and documentation requirements.
04. Recommendation
We indicate the most reasonable direction, significant limitations and the scope of necessary preparations.
Important: We don't match a project to a random grant. We first assess the purpose and viability of the investment, and only then assess its financing options.
DECISION-MAKING CRITERIA
Six areas that may determine your choice of program
The assessment is based on the content of the current regulations, project selection criteria and information provided by the client.
Applicant Eligibility
Legal form, SME status and connections, business history, industry and specific requirements of the target group.
Location and territorial scope
The voivodeship, district, municipality and place of implementation may determine the availability of regional or LGD programs.
Nature of the investment
R&D, digitalization, energy, equipment, infrastructure or social projects are subject to different rules.
Budget and eligible costs
We verify the types of expenses, VAT, aid intensity, own contribution and financing method before reimbursement.
Deadlines and stage of work
We examine call dates, required incentive effect, start of procurement, schedule and documentation readiness.
Public aid and obligations
We check permissible forms of aid, de minimis, durability, indicators and obligations after signing the contract.
Before you sign an order or start investing: Check the rules for your specific application. Early start of work in many instruments may exclude support, but the assessment depends on the basis of the support and the significance of the activities undertaken.
RESULT OF COOPERATION
What result can you expect from the analysis?
The value of the analysis is not the number of grants listed, but the ability to make an informed decision: apply, supplement the project, consider repayable financing or wait for the appropriate call for proposals.
Financing recommendation
The agreed-upon scope of work provides clear information on which instruments are worth considering and why. The analysis may include:
- Initial compliance assessment: the most important conditions regarding the entity and the project.
- Financing options: grant, soft loan or mixed instrument, if appropriate.
- Risks and vulnerabilities: exclusion criteria, missing data, deadlines and financial risks.
- Plan for further action: documents, analyses and decisions necessary before applying.
What is needed for a reliable assessment?
- Applicant's status and details and place of implementation.
- A brief description of the goal and planned outcome.
- Estimated net and gross budget and sources of own contribution.
- Planned start and end date.
- Documentation of the selected call for proposals, if the program is already known.
- Information on public aid received, if relevant.
The form of the study depends on the established scope: A consultation, an analysis of a selected call for proposals, or a broader comparison of programs are distinct options. A written report is not automatically included in every consultation.
DIVISION OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Analysis is not the same as preparing a proposal
Three services address three distinct client decisions. This allows us to tailor the scope and fee to actual needs, rather than combining all stages into one vague offer.
| Stage | Goal | What do you get |
|---|---|---|
| Grant Map and AI Assistant | Initial exploration of possibilities | Information about call for proposals and indicative guidelines, without confirmation of eligibility |
| Analysis and selection | Project evaluation and comparison of instruments | Conclusions, significant risks and recommendation for the next step within the agreed scope |
| Preparation of the application | Development of an application for the selected program | The application and agreed attachments in accordance with the call rules |
| Execution and settlement | Project management after funding is granted | Support with purchasing, payments, changes and reporting |
If the project eligibility is pre-confirmed, we can make separate arrangements preparation of a grant application. If the project is already underway, the appropriate service is implementation and settlement of projects.
WHEN IS IT WORTH ORDERING AN ANALYSIS?
In what situations does a professional diagnosis provide the greatest value?
Not every project requires full development. In simpler cases, a consultation may suffice, while in the case of several competing instruments, an in-depth comparative analysis may be necessary.
You have a project, but you don't know the program
The analysis helps compare possible instruments and determine which one suits the purpose, scale and stage of the project.
You found a call for proposals and you have doubts
We verify the importance of criteria, cost constraints, requirements for the applicant and documentation.
Are you planning a larger investment?
We compare the reimbursement and refund models, the ability to finance expenses and the risk of liabilities after concluding the contract.
A possible result of the analysis is also the lack of a recommendation to apply. If program conditions are not met or the project is not financially ready, we will point out the limitations rather than promise a grant.
METHOD OF WORK
How is the analysis and selection of funding carried out?
01
You describe the project
You provide the goal, location, budget, deadlines, and existing documentation.
02
We establish the scope
We determine whether a consultation, a single-application analysis, or a program comparison is needed. We agree on the terms.
03
We verify the requirements
We check documents, costs, access conditions and potential obstacles.
04
We are discussing the recommendation
We submit applications and agree on the next possible stage of cooperation.
The final decision to grant funds rests with the financing institution. This recommendation does not replace an administrative decision or a formal and substantive assessment of the application.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is worth knowing before ordering an analysis?
Is the analysis and selection of funding free of charge?
The Grant Map, knowledge base, and initial orientation tools are free of charge. Individual consultations and documentation review are subject to a fee. The scope, form of the outcome, and cost are agreed upon before the service begins.
Can I review a project if I haven't chosen a program yet?
Yes. In this case, the starting points are the applicant type, project objective, location, budget, and schedule. Only then can we identify instruments for further verification.
Does just finding a call for proposals mean I can receive a grant?
No. The call for proposals may be relevant to the project's topic, but not specifically target a specific entity or expenditure. Evaluation criteria, public support, deadlines, and the ability to meet commitments are also important.
Do you only analyze non-repayable grants?
No. Depending on the project, grants, preferential loans, loan incentives, and other eligible instruments may be considered. Refundable financing should not be confused with non-refundable financing.
Will I receive a written analysis or report?
This depends on the requested option. The consultation may conclude with a verbal discussion of the recommendations, while a written comparative analysis or audit of the selected call for proposals requires a separate definition of the scope of work and the outcome.
Does the analysis include the preparation of a grant application?
Not automatically. Preparing the application, business plan, budget, and attachments is a separate step. If the analysis indicates a valid direction, we can present a separate offer for preparing the application documentation.
Does a commenced investment preclude receiving funding?
This isn't the case for every instrument, but it can be a barrier. The start date, the nature of the activities undertaken, the type of assistance, and the documentation for the specific call for proposals are all important factors. This requires an individual assessment.
Do you analyze projects for farmers, medical facilities and public entities?
Yes, within the agreed thematic scope. In the case of such entities, specific program requirements, the applicant's eligibility, and the nature of the planned project are also decisive.
Does a consultation guarantee funding?
No. Project evaluation and selection is performed by the appropriate institution. The purpose of the analysis is to organize available options, identify risks, and prepare an informed decision on further action.
