I am the owner of the DOTACJE ONLINE brand. I provide business consulting, prepare application documentation, and manage projects co-financed by the European Union.
I support entrepreneurs from the SME sector and large enterprises, healthcare entities and broadly understood "organizations" in obtaining external financing and in the proper implementation of projects.
My experience includes preparing funding applications, developing business models, analyzing investment projects, implementing the purchasing process, and providing comprehensive project management – from preparing application documentation to implementation and settlement.
I am personally responsible for each project
In selected cases, I work with a team of experienced business analysts whose work I coordinate.
This means three things important from the customer's perspective:
- 1. Direct contact with the person leading the project. Please direct your comments, questions, and concerns to me, not to the anonymous case manager.
- 2. One person responsible for the consistency of documentation.The application, business model, budget and attachments should form a coherent whole – this is important both at the stage of project evaluation and its subsequent implementation and settlement.
- 3. Team resources where needed.On complex projects, I coordinate the work of analysts and consult with experienced scientists and industry experts on challenging issues. For issues requiring specialized project knowledge, I collaborate with industry experts and representatives of the scientific community.
Experience: business models and investment projects
I have prepared over 40 business models for enterprises, particularly those in the manufacturing sector. The studies included:
- analysis of the current operating model of the enterprise,
- identification of investment needs and directions,
- designing organizational and technological changes,
- defining directions for the further development of the enterprise.
I have worked on projects with budgets ranging from 18 million euros.
A significant part of my experience is projects related to transformation of enterprises towards a circular economy (CE). As part of one competition, I prepared 12 business models for enterprise transformation, developed using the Business Model Canvas methodology, for investments ranging from PLN 500,000 to PLN 5 million. I was also responsible for coordinating the work of a team of analysts and developing the documentation that formed the basis for applying for funding.
For years, I have been involved in preparing funding applications for companies from various industries, including documentation regarding innovation, export, and business development activities.
This experience allows me to look at the project not only from the perspective of the application form, but above all from the point of view business justification, investment feasibility and compliance of planned expenses with the actual needs of the company.
Additional specialization: projects for the healthcare sector
One of my areas of specialization are projects implemented for entities primary health care (PHC).
In Q1-Q2 2026, I was primarily responsible for preparing application documentation for the project “Primary Healthcare (POZ) Support”, implemented in action FENX.06.01 Healthcare System programme European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027.
Analytical and scientific support
My professional experience is complemented by research and teaching activities related to Faculty of Management Warsaw University of Technology.
- In the years 2019-2024 I was educated at the Doctoral School of the Warsaw University of Technology in the discipline management and quality sciences,
- I have taught academic courses on topics including organizational behavior, intellectual capital management, and the implementation and commercialization of innovations,
- I participated as a contractor in a research project on the organization of work and the provision of remote health services in healthcare entities (primary health care facilities),
- I am the author and co-author of scientific publications on digital transformation, technological innovations and the functioning of primary healthcare.

A comprehensive approach to obtaining grants
The mere announcement of a recruitment process does not mean that a company should submit an application. Each project should be preceded by an analysis:
- terms of the competition,
- eligibility of the entity and planned expenses,
- the applicant's financial capabilities, including own contribution and financial liquidity,
- obligations arising from receiving funding – including project durability, procurement rules and the risk of financial corrections.
Therefore, at the client's request, I start cooperation with assessment of financing possibilities and matching the project to a specific support instrument.
