Why the AI Assistant for finding grants was created
Under the EU funds for 2021-2027 and national support programmes, new calls, competitions and financing instruments for entrepreneurs, local governments, non-governmental organisations and farms are launched every year. The problem is often not a lack of grants, but the difficulty of quickly finding the right programme and assessing whether the project meets the call conditions.
That is why we have launched AI tools to support the search for and preliminary analysis of opportunities to obtain external funding.
AI Assistant – available until 1 December 2026
The existing DOTACJE ONLINE AI Assistant is an additional tool in which, besides having a conversation, you can also upload files – e.g. a description of the planned investment, a cost estimate or parts of the documentation – and obtain a preliminary analysis based on them.
The assistant helps you quickly check:
- what grants are currently available,
- what calls will be launched in the coming months,
- whether the company or project is eligible for the programme,
- what expenditure may be considered eligible costs,
- what the call deadlines are,
- what levels of funding can be obtained,
- whether the investment can be financed with a preferential loan.
The analysis takes into account, among other things, the type of entity, the location of the investment, the industry and business profile, the scope of the project, the planned costs and the investment implementation schedule. This allows the user to assess more quickly whether it is worth preparing the project for a specific call.
The AI Assistant will remain available until 1 December 2026. After this date, AI-assisted grant searches will be carried out exclusively in Mapa Dotacji.
Mapa Dotacji with an AI Assistant – the new place to search for calls
Mapa Dotacji replaces the existing assistant and brings together in one place a call search engine and a chatbot – the AI Assistant. The tool searches for:
- calls from across Poland – national and regional programmes, including those announced on the European Funds website,
- international EU calls – calls announced at European Union level, published, among others, on the European Commission's Funding & Tenders portal.
The funding market is changing very dynamically. New calls appear, call timetables are updated and the conditions for obtaining support change. Mapa Dotacji lets you check quickly and free of charge:
